Seattle, WA · Last updated April 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Pomato, a compatibility-based social discovery app developed by Pomato Labs LLC. By using Pomato, you agree to them.

Pre-launch service

Pomato is in development for iOS. Features, availability, eligibility, and pricing may change, and any preview, beta, or limited release may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Eligibility

Pomato is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. You're responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and using Pomato lawfully and respectfully.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pomato to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm others, or to upload unlawful or abusive content. Don't interfere with the service, misuse data, reverse engineer it, bypass safety features, or use it for spam or fraud.

Your content

You're responsible for the content you share and should only post what you have the right to use. By submitting content, you grant Pomato Labs LLC a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and protect the service.

Intellectual property

Pomato — its name, design, software, and branding — is owned by Pomato Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you ownership, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted in writing.

Availability & changes

Pomato may be unavailable at times, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops, and may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updates.

Disclaimer & liability

Pomato is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pomato Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you've violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the service in a way that could harm Pomato, its users, or the public.
