Pomato Labs LLC
Privacy Policy
Seattle, WA · Last updated April 2026
This policy explains how Pomato Labs LLC collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Pomato, a compatibility-based social discovery app in development for iOS.
Information we collect
When Pomato launches, we may collect account details (name, email, authentication, age eligibility), profile content you choose to share, and any media you upload. We may also collect device information, diagnostics, and — with your permission — location, to power discovery, relevance, and safety features.
How we use it
We use information to create and operate accounts, power compatibility-based discovery, personalize and improve the service, keep people safe, respond to messages, and meet legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand performance without identifying you.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Pomato (such as hosting, security, and support), or when required by law, to protect people, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain safety. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
When Pomato is available, you'll be able to access, update, or delete account and profile information in the app, and manage device permissions like location and notifications. You can also reach us anytime with privacy questions.
Age requirement
Pomato is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as Pomato develops. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date.
